یعنی خاوندوں والیاں تم پر حرام ہیں مگر وہ باندیاں خواہ خاوندوں والی ہوں جو دارالحرب سے قید ہو کر تمہاری ملکیت میں آ گئیں کہ وہ جس کے حصہ میں آہیں اس کے لئے حلال ہیں۔ اگرچہ ان کے خاوند (دارالحرب میں ہوں)۔ یعنی وہ تمہارے لئے حلال ہیں جب ان کی عدت گزر جائے۔
یہی مذہب ہے امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ، امام ابو عبد اﷲ بن محمد بن احمد انصاری قرطبی کا۔

سوائے اپنی بیویوں کے یا ان باندیوں کے جو ان کے ہاتھوں کی مملوک ہیں، بے شک (احکامِ شریعت کے مطابق ان کے پاس جانے سے) ان پر کوئی ملامت نہیں۔ پھر جو شخص ان (حلال عورتوں) کے سوا کسی اور کا خواہش مند ہوا تو ایسے لوگ ہی حد سے تجاوز کرنے والے (سرکش) ہیں۔
یہ دو آیتیں اس باب میں قطعی دلیل ہیں کہ کسی شخص کے لئے جائز قربت کی صرف دو صورتیں ہیں۔ ایک نکاح اور دوسری شرعی باندی (ملکِ یمین)۔ جب اﷲ تعالیٰ نے خود ان قربت کی دو صورتوں کو جائز قرار دے کر باقی تمام دروازے حرام کر دیئے تو کون ہے جو اﷲ کے حلال کو حرام یا حرام کو حلال قررا دے؟ حلال و حرام ہونے کا سبب اﷲ کا حکم ہے۔ جس نے نکاح اور ملکِ یمین کو صحتِ قربت کا ذریعہ قرار دے کر باقی تمام صورتوں مثلاً بدکار، متعہ وغیرہ کو حرام و ممنوع قرار دے دیا۔ مسلمان کو اپنے خدا پر اعتماد کرنا چاہیے اور شیطانی وسوسوں سے بچنا چاہیے


الله تعالی ہم سب کو قران پڑھنے اسے سمجھنے اور اسے اپنی زندگیوں میں نافذ کرنے کی توفیق اور صلاحیت عطا فرمائے

There are rules and logics related to having women captives from wars and you have to do nikah before having any relationship.

i can tell you what i have learned from fiqh books. basically it is legal in islam to have concubines, but the only way to acquire concubines are during war. so let me explain. when the Bani Quraytha broke the treaty with the muslims, the muslims sieged their fort after having won the battle of trench. when the siege was over, all the men were executed for participating in the breaking of the treety. so now that the men are dead, what will happen to their wives and children? well if the women and children were left alone where they were, they would have died because it was the men's job to be the bread-winner and without them, the women and children won't really survive. so the muslims were permitted to "enslave" them in the islamic term. the type of enslavement was no where near the typical slavery that we think of when we hear the word slavery.

now when we go to concubines, we are ABSOLUTELY NOT talking about the type of "londi" that this retard is talking about. Islam encourages the freeing of slaves and their joining in marriage as a means to improve their status in society. Concubinage was a form of marriage in Islam that was abolished when Muslim countries ended slavery. Islam forbids rape and prostitution in all cases as they are major sins in the category of adultery.Concubinage (as-sirr) in Islam was a marriage (nikah) between a free man and his female slave

This is unlike the concubinage of societies that treated such women as property without rights. Rather, Islam made the concubines like wives with similar rights to maintenance and good treatment. A man would not be allowed to share his concubine with other men, nor was he allowed to be intimate with another man’s concubine. In this respect, the Quran commands Muslims to marry (ankihu) their female slaves in the same way free women are married.


Allah said:


وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلًا أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُم بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ


Whoever among you cannot find the means to marry free, believing women, then he may marry from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls, and Allah is most knowing about your faith. You believers are of one another. So marry them with the permission of their people and give them their due compensation according to what is acceptable. They should be chaste, neither of those who commit unlawful intercourse randomly nor those who take secret lovers.


Surah An-Nisa 4:25

And Allah said:


وَأَنكِحُوا الْأَيَامَىٰ مِنكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ


Marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, for Allah is Encompassing and Knowing.


Surah An-Nur 24:32


so now that i have educated you on this matter. let me get back to why this retard is wrong and i will say it in a one sentence.
IT IS HARAM TO HAVE SEXUAL RELATION OF ANY KIND WITH A WOMEN WHO IS NOT YOUR WIFE, AND THE MAN MUST CONDUCT A NIKAH AND GIVE HER DUE RIGHTS AND FREE HER AND MEHR BEFORE ANY FORM OF SEXUAL ACTIVITIES CAN EVER TAKE PLACE, OR ELSE IT IS CONSIDERED ZINA.

Its absolutely wrong to say Islam allows men to sleep with women won in war . Just see the post 41 i have already mentioned the verses which explains this scenario.

Its difficult to understand this subject unless you are fully aware of the situation when these verses were revealed .Islam does not promote slavery and never allows sexual relationship with out nikah.

There are certain rules which are very clearly mentioned in ahdith before you can have a "Londi" and even then there are many ways that they can get them selves free but if due to any reason , a woman cont be freed then a muslim man can keep her after nikah. This was allowed only for the betterment of those women and society.

i will recommend you to read any tafseer ( avoid from Isis type people who are promoting such kind of deeds)

I don't know where to call you simple minded or very cleaver munafiq.

In 4:24, there is no condition of Nikah with londi. However, you just saw the word londi, and the word nikah and then started your own religion just to appease the West and Bollywood.

Nikah with londi is not obligatory, like you say in your post, referring to 4:24.

24:32 is not an instruction that the slave owner must marry his slaves to be intimate with them. It is saying something else.

It says that is the slave owner has some slaves, and he knows people who are unmarried, then he can allow the marriage of his good slaves to those unmarried people.

Nowhere does the ayat put a condition that the slaveowner must marry his slave before being intimate with them.

Come one man, at least lets not twist the words of Quran Majeed just because you want to appease West and the Bollywood. Stick to the wording.

If you want us to believe the argument of nature then what nature would allow you
to have four wives and some more. Also when, where and how
you can duplicate the rule of Omar ibne Khattab or pure Islamic state.

Ha ha ha ha ha. You are so mistaken that in a War, when the conquer is gathering the maal-e-ghaneemat, they ask the men of the house, "Excuse me sir, may we partake this opportunity to kindly take the women of you house along with us for the purposes of londi, if you mind?"


War doesn't work like that man. But if that helps you sleep at night, no problem. I, personally, imagine Britney Spears.

I made it very clear that Quran does not allow this kind of sexual behaviour with out nikah .

If you are serious then say your point of view rather than calling people muanfiq and bla bla .

Please quote the Ayah number where nikah is a precondition for being intimate with a londi.

There are rules and logics related to having women captives from wars and you have to do nikah before having any relationship.
