Why is required a proper Urdu for a senior journalist? Also what is a proper Urdu?

I'm not against Urdu. All I am saying if Im Sindhi why I have to learn a language of Minority?
If Im Pashtoon and my mother tongue is Pahtu why Should I learn Urdu?
In United Pakistan the highest number of people were Bengali speaking. On 2nd number is Punjabi, 3rd is Sindhi, fourth is Pashto, 5th may be Baluchi. In terms of mother tongue Urdu might be language of less than 4% people and u are calling 4th largest one.
Again not against Urdu but Urdu as a National language.

اور چونکہ انکو سننے والے اکثر پنجابی ہیں تو یہ اردو بھی پنجابی لہجے میں بولتے ہیں.

ہاہاہا بھٹی صاحب اپنی صحافت کی وجہ سے نہیں بلکہ اپنی عمر کی وجہ سے سینئر ہیں
اور چونکہ انکو سننے والے اکثر پنجابی ہیں تو یہ اردو بھی پنجابی لہجے میں بولتے ہیں.
اب اس میں کیا

بھٹی صاحب یا کیسی بھی لہجے پر عوام کو کوئی اعتراض نہیں ھے اردو دنیا میں سمجھی بولی اور لکھنے والی بڑی زبانوں میں شامل ھے اور پھر کراچی سے پیشاور گلگت بلتستان بلوچستان کشمیر بچے سے لیکر بوڑھے تک سب سمجھتے ہیں
بس کوئی بھی صحافی ہو کیسی بھی زبان یا لہجے میں بات کرے عوام کو کوئی مسلئہ نہیں ھے مسلئہ صرف اور صرف سچ اور جھوٹ کا ھے منافقت کا ھے جو بھی صحافی جھوٹ یا منافقت سے بات کرے گا یا آدھا سچ یا آدھا جھوٹ بولے گا عوام ایسے صحافی یا شخص کو برداشت نہیں کرے گا

وکیل بد معاشوں کو چھڑانے میں لگے ہیں ..ویسے بھی وکیل اور بدمعاش
ایک ہی کیٹیگری میں اتے ہیں ?

یہ تو آپ مثالی بآتیں کر رہے ہیں ؟ پاکستان میں کتنے صحافی سالوں سے ہر روز بیٹھے
جھوٹ بولتے ہیں اور کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں..انکے پروگرام برابر چل رہے ہیں
