There should be no maazarat shazrat, seeda danda, constitution is clear as day in article 69 just a day or two before the courts themselves citied article 69 for suspension of NCV
"The Registrar Office further stated that under Article 69 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973, validity of any proceedings in parliament could not be called in question."
This is the courts own words.

Forget the negative optics and cannon fodder for the international press. When inshallah Khan comes with overwhelming majority into power again first thing he should do is amend the constitution and take away these god like powers the judiciary has.
And then dismiss all Supreme and high court judges and dissolve all bar councils.
