Gill and Vawda advised Ik to sack bajwa on 9th April. I believe that was a trap for IK because that would have put him against the entire military brass. By not doing anything IK forced bajwa to come out - prison vans, courts opening, frivilous petition etc. As a result IK got public support and military brass is divided - majority has sympathy with IK.
If whole military was against IK, he would have been history by now. This is why I feel Gill and Vawda are agents within PTI.
PE will not support sharifs, he wants to get electables from pmln. He is looking for signal from GHQ. The biggest loser in all this is PMLN!

This is a silly analysis. PTI is not a fascist party like PDM.
At the moment PDM is looking for any chance to arrest and punish PTI members so quickly jumped on Shabaz Gill when he made some ill-judged statements. I bet Elahi and even Imran Khan had no intention of arresting Maryam and other PMLN members for similar statements because they would probably not be successful in winning in court and the army itself never decided to take them to court.
PDM is not likely to win in this current situation but if they do then I expect Punjab Government will also arrest Maryam and co to punish them in the same way.
