This is my order of Most Hated list!

1.) Supreme Court - A case of Arshad Sharif where no FIR was allowed to be lodged should be enough to put them on top of the list. They are virtually ineffective and should be disbanded.
2.) Black Sheeps in Army Establishment - They have a very bad habit of lying & meddling in politics while in uniform.
3.) FIA - A tool govts. use to threaten & silence opposition and journalists.
4.) Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan Police - They do what establishment and govt. tell them to do.
5.) Lifafa Journalists - Scum on this planet #PRESStitutes.

There are no black sheeps in the establishment. Establishment means Army and Army means COAS. Army works on chain of command so there are no 'black sheeps'. There can be a baggage from the past but COAS has all the powers to change everything. It is not been long that the command has been handed over so we have to wait a bit and see.
