He is not a ruler, he is at best a Sipah Salaar, and that too illegally selected by illegitimate ruler (Shehbaz Sharif), who took over the country illegally and Nawaz Sharif (who is an absconder of the state). Imran Khan was the right full ruler of state, legally elected and Bajwa and his ghaddar napaak generals pulled a coup. So stop selling this chooran of Islamic principles. If there is one person legally elected to any position it is President Alvi, so we should obey Dr. Alvi by all means. We are doing everything but that.

There may be many judges, even in one state, but the leader is one.”(1) Al-Bahjouri said “It is an obligation to obey the leader, even if he is not fair or trustworthy or even if he committed sins or mistakes.”(2) Abu Hanifa’s school says that the head of the state, the Imam, cannot be expelled for being a corrupt person (fasiq).(3) Hudhaifa bin al-Yaman narrated a hadith in which he said, “The Prophet (saws) said, ‘there will be after me leaders who do not follow my guidance and do not follow my sunna, and there will be among them men whose hearts are like those of satan in the body of a human being.’ And I asked the Prophet (saws), ‘What I should do at that time if I reach it?’ He said, ‘listen and obey the ruler, even if he lashed your back and took your money, listen and obey.’”(4)

Who are these fulan dhimkan scholars and who cares what they say? They can keep their opinion to themselves. And more lies attributed to the Prophet by fake hadiths, you think he could ever say something like this? When Quran which was revealed to through him teaches the opposite. Allah gives you the right to protect your life, family and property against any zulm.
