ن لیگ کے حامی صحافیوں کی جانب سے سپریم کورٹ کی جج جسٹس عائشہ ملک کے خلاف غلیظ کمپین۔۔ جسٹس عائشہ ملک کی ذاتی زندگی پر حملے

صحافی صدیق کے مطابق ن لیگ اور جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسٰی صاحب کے حامی صحافیوں اور یوٹیوبرز کی جانب سے ایک خاتون جج جسٹس عائشہ ملک صاحبہ کے خلاف انتہائی گھٹیا مہم شروع کردی گئی ہے جو انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ایک خاتون جج کے کردار پر گھٹیا الزامات لگانے والوں کو پی ٹی وی پر بلایا اور بٹھایا جاتا ہے،یعنی ہماری ریاست کا سرکاری ٹی وی ان یوٹیوبرز کو پروموٹ کررہا ہے،مرتضیٰ سولنگی صاحب ،کیا یہ ریاست کی پالیسی ہے کہ ایک خاتون جج کے کردار پر جھوٹے اور گھٹیا الزامات لگانے والوں کو پروموٹ کرنا ہے؟؟؟

صدیق جان کے مطابق جسٹس عائشہ کے خلاف کمپین چلانے والے جس بندے کو پی ٹی وی پر بلاکر ان سے تجزئیے لئے جاتے ہیں اسکا نام رضوان رضی ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ سولنگی صاحب ایک بار خاتون جج پر لگنے والے گھٹیا الزامات پڑھ لیں،اللہ نہ کرے کہ کسی دشمن کی بھی گھر کی خواتین پر بھی ایسے الزامات لگیں، جیسے الزامات لگانے والوں کو آپ کا پی ٹی وی پروموٹ کررہا ہے،افسوس تو یہ ہے کہ اس پی ٹی وی کو چلانے کا خرچہ ہر پاکستانی اور تمام مساجد بھی اٹھاتے ہیں

انکا کہنا تھا کہ ایک انتہائی قابل، لائق اور دبنگ خاتون جج کے خلاف کیا گیا ٹویٹ، الزام اور زبان دیکھیں،پھر یہ دیکھیں کہ ری ٹویٹ کون کررہا ہے،پھر یہ غور کریں کہ یہ یوٹیوبرز کن کے پالے ہوئے ہیں،پھر یہ دیکھیں کہ کون کون سے صحافی اور خواتین اینکرز ان کو پروموٹ کرتی ہیں۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ امید ہے کہ وہ خواتین اینکرز آج اس کی مذمت کریں گی اور آئندہ ایسے مکروہ چہروں کو پروموٹ نہیں کریں گی لیکن وہ ایسا نہیں کریں گی،کیونکہ ن لیگ کا جو بھی حامی ہوگا،وہ کچھ بھی کرے گا تو سپریم کورٹ کے چند اصول پسند ہونے کے دعویدار بڑے صحافی اور خواتین اینکرز ان کو پروموٹ کرتے رہیں گے.یہ ن لیگ کی تربیت ہے

واضح رہے کہ ایک غیر معروف یوٹیوبر نے جسٹس عائشہ ملک کی ذاتی زندگی پر حملے کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس نے اپنے پہلے شوہر سے بلاوجہ طلاق لی اور اسکے بعد ایک لاء فرم کے مالک سے شادی کرلی جس کی وجہ سے انہیں قانون کی ڈگری ملی اور وہ بغیر پریکٹس کئے پہلے لاہور ہائیکورٹ اور پھر سپریم کورٹ کی جج بن گئیں۔

مذکورہ یوٹیوبر نے جسٹس عائشہ کو جج بنوانے میں جسٹس عظمت سعید کا ہاتھ قرار دیا۔

اسکے بعد اس غیر معروف یوٹیوبر کو ن لیگ اور جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے حامی صحافیوں نے پروموٹ کرنا شروع کردیا جس کے بعد ن لیگی سپورٹرز بھی اس غیرمعروف یوٹیوبر کو پروموٹ کرنے پر لگ گئے۔

. She knews exactly how she was brought into Supreme Court and as a Judge, she should have refused this type of elevation and waited few more years. She not only became part of Bandial's Malafide Intent but also contributed as a classic partner on his bench gang.

Chief Justice Qazi Farz Issa, will have no option but to review her and other Junior Judges elevation should a case filed in Supreme Judicial Council.

You cant be passing out critical final judgements in workplace employment cases from a supreme court bench when you yourself's otherwise excellent career is tainted.
