سیکولرزم کی کامیابی اور اسلام کی ناکامی کی اس سے بڑھ کر عملی مثال اور کیا ہوسکتی ہے۔۔​

اگر ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے معاشروں میں بھی انصاف کا جنم ہو تو پاکستان کی بنیاد نا انصافی پر مبنی جن اسلامی اصولوں پر رکھی گئی ہے، ہمیں ان اصولوں کو گٹر برد کرنا ہوگا۔ ہمیں مذہب کو فرد کا پرائیویٹ معاملہ مان کر ہر شہری کو پاکستان کا برابر کا شہری تسلیم کرنا ہوگا چاہے اس کا تعلق جس بھی مذہب سے ہو۔ ہمیں آئین سے وہ شق نکال پھینکنی چاہئے جو کہتی ہے کہ صرف اور صرف مسلمان ہی پاکستان کا سربراہِ مملکت اور وزیراعظم ہوسکتا ہے چاہے وہ جتنا بھی نالائق ہو اور غیر مسلم اس عہدے کے قابل نہیں چاہے وہ جتنا بھی قابل ہو۔۔ جس معاشرے کی بنیادیں ہی نا انصافی پر رکھی گئی ہوں، اس معاشرے میں اگر آج کہیں انصاف نظر نہیں آتا تو اس میں حیرت نہیں ہونی چاہئے۔۔ ​

Oh there are many examples in Quran. Let me just give you one. In an Islamic state, a non Muslim has to pay tax for being non Muslim. Jizya, this tax is only for non muslims. It is mentioned in Quran 9:29.
