I just said there is context where rijal can mean people which obviously include women as well, but rijal can never mean women only i.e is not interchangeable. You cannot say rijal when you are only talking about women and you cannot use nisah when talking about men.

Thats my take.
His point is that Rijal does not "only" mean just men, and similarly, Nisa does not "only" mean just women. Rijal can be men and women and Nisa can be men and women as well.
Similarly, most interpretations of the word "Bayt" refer to it as a house. However, upon examining the verses, it becomes clear that it signifies more than just a house.

I only partly agree with that because he has translated nisah into a million meanings, postpone, weak people, new things, distraction 🤨

For example Ayah 4:22-23 mein zabardasti thoosa huwa when rijal and nisah as men and women fit perfectly well in the context.

Anyways that is why I take everything from Musa Saab with a HUGE grain of salt because he can get mighty overzealous with his translations.

Tell me, does this translation of verse make any sense? Just about all the interpreters of the verse have similarly translated it.
Do you mean to tell me that previously men used to marry mothers, daughters, sisters, etc? and it was ok?
I'm not saying Musa is some genius, but this verse needs a better explanation.

4:23 You are forbidden to take as wives your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal and maternal aunts, a brother’s daughters, a sister’s daughters, your wet nurse, your milk-sisters, mothers-in-law, and your step-daughters- who are your foster children that are born of your wives with whom you have consummated your marriage. However, if you have not consummated your marriage, you will incur no sin [by marrying their daughters]. You are forbidden to marry the wives of your begotten sons, two sisters simultaneously: with the exception of what previously took place. God is the Most Forgiving, the Mercy Giver.
