اس وقت ملک میں 13جماعتوں کی تحفہ میں ملی جمہوریت رائج ہے: اطہر کاظمی

صحافی و تجزیہ کار اطہر کاظمی نے کہا ہے کہ اس وقت ملک میں جو جمہوریت ہم دیکھ رہے ہیں وہ موجودہ اتحادی حکومت میں شامل 13 پارٹیوں کی جمہوریت ہے جو کہ ہمیں تحفے میں ملی ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق نجی ٹی وی چینل جیو نیوز کے پروگرام رپورٹ کارڈ میں ایک سوال "کیا عمران خان پر مقدمہ درج کرنے کا فیصلہ درست ہے؟" کا جواب دیتے ہوئے سینئر صحافی وتجزیہ کار اطہر کاظمی نے کہا کہ اس وقت ملک میں جو جمہوریت ہم دیکھ رہے ہیں وہ موجودہ اتحادی حکومت میں شامل 13 پارٹیوں کی جمہوریت ہے جو کہ ہمیں تحفے میں ملی ہے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ جہاں تک بات ہے کہ ایک جج صاحبہ کا نام لینے پر عمران خان پر دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا ہے تو ان جج صاحبہ کی عدالت میں ایک شخص نے کہا کہ اس پر تشدد ہوا ہے اس کے باوجود اس کو اسی پولیس کے حوالے کر دیا گیا۔

اطہر کاظمی نے کہا کہ تحریک انصاف کے رہنما شہباز گل پر مبینہ تشدد کے حوالے سے جج صاحبہ کے فیصلے پر اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ ہائیکورٹ کے کسی ریٹائرڈ جج سے تحقیقات کروائی جائیں، اگر ان جج صاحبہ کے حوالے سے سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہہ دیاہے کہ ان کے خلاف ہم قانونی کارروائی کریں گے تو اس میں کون سی توہین عدالت ہو گئی ہے؟ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ اس وقت ریاستی دہشت گردی جاری ہے۔ پولیس ایک صحافی کو گرفتار کر لیتی ہے کیونکہ اس نے ہم پر الزام لگایا !

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ رانا ثناء اللہ کا چند ماہ پہلے ججوں کے خلاف اور عدالتوں کے گھیرائو بارے بیانات ابھی لوگ بھولے نہیں جبکہ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کے انتخاب کے معاملے پر جس طرح سپریم کورٹ کے خلاف الزامات لگائے گئے کیا ان پر کوئی مقدمات بنائے گئے، کتنے بنچ بیٹھے۔ اس وقت ملک ریاستی دہشت گردی کا شکار ہے۔ ہم ایسے ملک میں رہ رہے ہیں جہاں وفاقی دارالحکومت کے ڈپٹی کمشنر صاحب ٹویٹ کرتے ہیں کہ خبردار! اگر آپ نے کسی افسر کے خلاف بات کی۔ کیا دنیا میں کسی جمہوری ملک میں ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ سرکاری ملازم یا بیورو کریسی کی جانب ایسی دھمکیاں دی جائیں۔

تجزیہ کار کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم فسطائیت کے دور سے گزر رہے ہیں، پاکستان ڈیموکریٹک موومنٹ کی فسطائیت کا شکار ہے۔ اسلام باد میں پانچ بندے اکھٹے ہو کر ریسٹورنٹ پر کھانا تو کھا سکتے ہیں لیکن اکھٹے ہو کر آئین جمہوریت کی بات کر پر پابندی لگا دی گئی ہے۔ آج آزادی عدلیہ کے حوالے سے سیمینار میں سلیمان اکرم راجہ نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ مارشل لاء کے دور میں ہماری عدلیہ اور اداروں کا کردار کیا تھا؟ اس وقت وہی کردار ہم اس وقت اداروں کا دیکھ رہے ہیں لیکن یہ ان 13 جماعتوں کی جمہوریت ہے جو کہ ہمیں تحفے میں ملی ہے۔

What has happened to Shebaz Gil and Jamil Farooqui is something that is routine method of investigation by our Police and this heinous act of inhumanity is performed in each and every Thana of Pakistan.
But what hurts me when I see few friends of mine are making fun of these heinous crimes committed by Police knowing that this is true as they have worked in such positions that they have definitely watched this barbarous act by their self.
I have seen these crimes being committed on accused myself. I for some reasons stayed in Hotel Shani Hyderabad. I intended to stay for a month but I had to leave within three days.
My room's window opens in the backyard of a Police Station. First night at around 12:30 I heard scream that woke me up. I again heard same scream and I realised that it is coming from that window. When I saw from that window I saw that A big belly Policeman took off his belt and was beating up a naked person with this belt. That man was tied up with something that we say TIKTIKI. Policeman was continuously hitting that man on his private parts and that man was saying something that I could not understand. Then Policeman got a big and thick DANDA and put something on it and then what Policeman did to that man I cannot write here. That was a nightmare for me and I could not sleep that night. That man was not able to walk on his feet and two policemen took him on something.
That was not the end. Next two night same happened with two other accused and I had to leave.
I then researched on that topic and knew that every single Thana of Pakistan is involved in this inhuman act of barbarity.
If you see Human Right Organisations report on death in police custody, no less then 500 people are killed every month.
For God's sake open your eyes and instead of making fun of this barbarous act do some thing with your hands, with eyes and pan or at least condemn it in your heart.
Why you are happy to be the part of Jungle.
