I applaud the wisdom and resolute determination of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Hon Justice Umar Bandial in upholding the sanctity of the Constitution of Pakistan and the writ of rule of law in the land as a historical landmark in the legal history of Pakistan and resolving the perfidious and contentious attempt by the PDM government of convicts, thugs, choors, dakoos, and ruthless mafia dons to sabotage the judicial process of holding the provincial election in KPK and Punjab since the dissolution to the two assemblies and deny PTI its democratic right to contest the elections.
In doing so, I believe Hon Justice Bandial has to a large extent restored the integrity and prestige of our judiciary that has been so degradingly eroded for decades because of corruption and dishonesty of judges of lower and higher courts and in particular, since the 'Regime Change operation' of 9 April 2022 when the legitimately and democratically elected successful, competent, prudent and visionary government of ex-PM Imran Khan that was guiding Pakistan to economic prosperity, agricultural and industrial growth was so recklessly toppled by the ex-COAS General Bajwa and his cohorts in military uniforms, notoriously corrupt PDM political leaders and PTI defectors (lotas) who conspired and colluded with our internal and external enemies to install the most corrupt PDM regime of notorious embezzlers, money launderers & looters of hundreds of trillions of rupees from the state coffers and public funds.
I strongly believe that this regained and restored the prestige of our Supreme Court of Pakistan and its honest, sincere & patriotic judges must be carried forward by the serving judges of the lower and higher courts to enhance the integrity and dignity of our judiciary and judicial process to be admired and appreciated by millions of patriotic Pakistanis all over the world. The mala fide financial corruption, nepotism, despotism, and dispensing of prejudiced and iniquitous justice by some dishonest judges must be stopped by severe punishment by setting up of 'People's courts' headed by highly reputable honest retired judges, lawyers & uncontroversial bureaucrats.
I also believe that the appointment of the Chief justice of Pakistan must not be made solely on seniority but on the ability, sagacity, maturity, wisdom, long experience in handling constitutional and legal issues, and undisputed credibility of his personal character. Any candidate with a disputed and controversial past must never be appointed the Chief Justice of Pakistan because of his prejudiced, biased, partial, and discriminatory attitude against and behaviour against or in favour of any political party or any political leader. I am therefore of the opinion that Justice Faez Essa must not be appointed the next Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan because of his highly controversial past and extremely biased attitude against ex-PM Imran Khan and PTI.
I am also of the opinion that the appointment of the COAS of Pakistan must not be made by the consent and approval of the Prime Minister of Pakistan who happened to be one of the most notorious embezzlers, money launderers, money grabbers, commission grubbers, and looters of hundreds of trillions of rupees from the state coffers and public funds belonging to the poor masses of Pakistan's welfare projects. The incoming PTI government of PM Imran Khan should set up a national body of highly respectable and reputable academics, scholars, judges, generals, and religious scholars to ascertain the process and procedures to appoint COAS of Pakistan, Chief justice of the Pakistan Supreme Court, ECP Commissioner, NAB Chairman, FIA Director & the Chief Executive of FBR.
