اگر یہ خبر سچی ہے تو انہیں باعزت رستہ دیا جائے۔

خبر یہ ہے کہ عمران خان سے صرف ایک بندے کی گارنٹی مانگی گئی ہے۔
گارینٹی یہ مانگی گئی ہے کہ عمران خان اس ایک شخص کے خلاف آرٹیکل چھے نہیں لگائے گا۔

یہ خبر میں نہیں دے رہا بلکہ کئی لوگ دے چکے ہیں۔
اگر یہ خبر درست ہے تو یہ ایک بڑی نشانی ہے عمران خان اور عوام کی فتح کی۔
ایسے وقت میں بھی جوش نہیں ہوش سے کام لینا چاہیے اور غیر ضروری تنقید کی بجائے قابض طاقتوں کو اس شرط پر معاف کیا جاسکتا ہے کہ وہ سیاست سے ہمیشہ کے لیے کنارہ کشی اختیار کرلیں۔ بیگانی شادی میں عبداللہ دیوانے کی طرح سیاست میں ٹانگ اڑانا چھوڑ دیں' جرام پیسہ افراد کو بچانا چھوڑ دیں' عدالتوں یا ججوں کو فکس کرنا چھوڑ دیں تو انہیں باہر نکلنے کا باعزت رستہ دیا جاسکتا ہے۔ ایسے وقت میں سب سے پہلے تو مقدمات ختم کروائے جائیں' توسیع کا خیال ترک کیا جائے یعنی قاضی ڈبل شاہ اور کسی بھی عہدے کی مدد ملازمت کو بڑھانا تو دور کم کیا جائے وغیر۔

عمران خان تو پہلے ہی کہہ چکے ہیں کہ انہیں انتقام لینے کا کوئی شوق نہیں ہے۔ مگر کسی اور کی گارنٹی عمران خان نہیں لے سکتے۔ یہ تو ظلم کرنے سے پہلے سوچنا چاہیے تھا۔ ہاں یہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ جیسے ہر جرنل ملک سے باہر چلا جاتا ہے اسطرح وہ فرد واحد چلا جائے تو اسے یہ رستہ دیا جاسکتا ہے۔ نیا الکشن ہو یا پھر فارم 47 کی حکومت کو تحفظ نہ دیا جائے۔ اور نئی حکومت آکر نیا آرمی چیف لگائے۔
ایک دوسرے کا گریبان چھوڑ کر' عقل سے' تہزب سے' عزت سے آئین جیسے کہتا ہے ویسے کیا جائے۔ کیونکہ پاکستان میں تو کسی بھی موجودہ جرنل کا رہنا ویسے ہی مشکل ہے اسلیے کل کو بھی جانا ہے تو آج خطرہ مول لینے کا کیا تک ہے جبکہ ڈر ہے کہ کہیں تیارے ہی نہ پھٹ جائیں جو کہ تاریخ سے ثابت ہے۔ عزت کا رستہ اختیار کیا جائے تو کل کو ہوسکتا ہے عوام ویسے ہی معاف کردے ہاں بھول جائے یہ کہنا مشکل ہے۔

پاکستان کے لیے وہ لوگ جن پر ظلم ہوا وہ یا انکے لواحقین ایک خط لکھیں اور یہ عزت کا رستہ مشروط کردیں ان تمام مطالبات سے بشمول الیکشن تاکہ ملک آگے بڑھ سکے۔ اس سے زیادہ اور کیا بھلائی کی جائے ان سے۔ پھر بھی سمجھ نہ آئے تو پھر عزت کی ماں کی۔ پھر معاملہ گھر تک پہنچا کر ہی یہ قوم سوئے گی۔ پھر لگاو مارشل لاء اور کرڈالو وہ کچھ جو ابھی تک کرنا باقی ہے۔

Its a good write up, however I have my own opinion on one issue, and that is on this new election issue.
I think Imran should insist on 1st getting his mandate back before any new election. He must insist for a high powered judicial commission comprising of 7 sitting Justices of the Supreme Court, consisting of all future Chief Justices namely... J Mansur Ali Shah, J Munib Akhtar, J Yahya Afridi, J Ayesha Malik, J Shahid Waheed, J Shahid Bilal and 7th J Athar Min Allah to probe election rigging & forms 45, 47 fiasco, fix the responsibility and suggest the punishment for the culprits. The commission should work on a war footing and give the final report within 30 days..... non extendable. In the interest of Pakistan Faiz Isa and his crony judges should not be allowed to come even near to this commission of the future chief justices.
Once PTI gets the justice, Khan's nominee assumes the office and then within 4 weeks PTI should call for the new election.

To support my argument..... please be aware that mistry and his cronies are under tremendous pressure after this US house bipartisan resolution which calls upon Govt of Pakistan to probe the election rigging. This resolution may not be binding on Pakistan but it is binding on the US administration to put pressure on Pakistan for the rigging probe. And mind this, the resolution was written and tabled by republicans with the total support of democrats. Now Trump almost sure to assume the office on Jan 4, 2025, his administration will vehemently pursue it with Pakistan in letter and spirit. Paki generals are in a state of shock and they have no clue what to do? Icing on the cake was UN Secy Gen denouncing the elections and the UN Committee's pressure to probe it. The issue is separately under discussion in the EU assembly and in the house of commons in the UK. With this kind of international support it will be naive to give statement that PTI demands new election. New elections, under whom?? same corrupt system??? No that is NOT what PTI should demand.

Yes, new elections but to be called by the PTI govt after they get the justice for 2024 election.
