As long as IK keeps Syed Mehdis son as Chairman CDA we are going to see more and more cases like this in the future. Syed Mehdi is Nawaz's guy and the father in law of ECP chairman. The chairman is collecting money hand over fist and is threatening business people by saying that he is the blue eyed boy of IK since he regularised Banigala which is wrong. IK should sack him before there are more problems.

But PMLN did not give favor to Kh. Asif. It was PTI government who went into review petition against decision of SC and changed the CDA lawyer who was raising valid question.

The fact remains that the project was approved and construction started way before IK became PM and had any power to influence its prospects. Ultimately, it was SC's decision.
