This is how Dr Yasmin Rashid was not allowed to file nomination papers against Nawaz Sharif.When Advocate Rashed Nabi Malik, her 81 years old husband went to submit Dr Yasmin’s nomination papers - police standing outside said they need to see the file. When Mr Malik said the file is none of their business, the police snatched the files from Mr. Rashed’s hands and injured him while doing that. On his resistance to give the file, they took him to two different police stations and eventually he returned without submitting the files.Think about it. The skies will not fall if the will of the people of Pakistan is accepted in this election. PDM has destroyed the unity of this country since toppling the PTI govt, destroying all in the process, the police, the administration, the freedom of the media, the constitution, human rights, our democratic order, and conveniently put it on others. Does Nawaz Sharif fear facing a brave woman who is a cancer survivor, even when she is in jail.We need to get past this. We need to stop this hate. But we cannot move forward by cowering the people into submission.
