Constitution doesn’t demand elections of provinces and federal to be held at the same time. However it demands elections to be held within 90 days after dissolution of assemblies.

I didn't get your point; you're trying to argue that the sitting Punjab and KpK governments will have no influence on the general elections?

And what makes you think interim govts in provinces guarantees free and fair elections in federal government elections?
Losing parties still complain of rigging regardless of interim govts everywhere or not.
