سابق وزیراعظم وبانی پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی پوتی ومصنفہ فاطمہ بھٹو کراچی کے علاقے 70 کلفٹن میں واقع اپنے خاندان گھر میں جمعہ کے روز رشتہ ازدواج میں منسلک ہو گئیں۔ فاطمہ بھٹو کے نکاح کی تقریب ان کے آبائی گھر میں ان کے دادا کی لائبریری میں منعقد کی گئی۔

فاطمہ بھٹو کی شادی کا اعلان ان کے بھائی ذوالفقار علی بھٹو جونیئر نے سماجی رابطوں کی ویب سائٹ انسٹاگرام پر جوڑے کی تصویر شیئر کر کے کیا۔ انہوں نے اپنے پیغام میں لکھا کہ ہمارے والد شہید میر مرتضیٰ بھٹو اور خاندان کی طرف سے مجھے یہ اطلاع دیتے ہوئے بہت خوشی ہو رہی ہے کہ میری بہن فاطمہ اور گراہم (جبران) روشہ ازدواج میں منسلک ہو گئے ہیں۔

نکاح کی تقریب ہمارے دادا کی لائبریری میں ہوئی جس میں ہمارے قریبی عزیزوں نے شرکت کی، یہ جگہ میری پیاری بہن کیلئے انتہائی اہم ہے۔ ہمارے ہم وطنوں کی مشکلات کو دیکھتے ہوئے ہم نے محسوس کیا کہ یہ تقریب سادگی سے ہونی چاہیے۔ فاطمہ بھٹو اور گراہم (جبران) کو اپنی دعائوں میں یاد رکھیے گا، خدا آپ کو خوش رکھے، آپ کا شکریہ!

فاطمہ بھٹو 1982ء میں ہمسایہ ملک افغانستان میں پیدا ہوئی تھیں، ان کے والد مرتضیٰ بھٹو اپنی بہن بینظیر بھٹو کے دور اقتدار میں کراچی میں پولیس کے ہاتھوں مارے گئے تھے۔ فاطمہ بھٹو نے 2 کتابیں لکھ رکھی ہیں جبکہ مختلف مضامین نیو سٹیٹس مین، ڈیلی بیسٹ، گارڈین اور دی کاروان نامی بین الاقوامی میگزین میں شائع ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔

His mother Ghinwa was Fatima's teacher in Lebanon is the story they tell.
