bullshit.... majority overseas Pakistani's only have a valid NICOP and not a MRP of Pakistan, so its useless.... as long as we have a NICOP and a valid passport of whichever country we are residing in, should be good enough.... otherwise this process is pretty useless for majority of overseas Pakistani's
