When you go forth in (the) way (of) Allah then investigate, and (do) not say to (the one) who offers to you (a greeting of) peace, "You are not a believer," seeking transitory gains (of) the life (of) the world, for with Allah (are) booties abundant. Like that you were before, then Allah conferred favor upon you; so investigate. Indeed, Allah is of what you do All-Aware.

The guy in the video is ultimate idiot to me. In order to prove his point he related himself to Yahoodi. Let us get out of this discussion. You keep saying them non Muslim. I will say that too. After establishing them as non Muslim. Why are we talking oath from them to be Muslim. Do we ask hindus &:Sikhs member to take this oath ???
Keep them declared as non Muslim as our law does. Why do you want to go ahead from here. Why are you closing door of assembly on them now.

You are right here. they never call themselves as non Muslims. But what difference that makes if your law and constitution calls them non Muslim. That still does not deprive them from election as minorities.
