No army can function in the world if it starts happening as you prescribe. Then every individual soldier would have his own judgements to rely upon and decide that if he is going to obey an order or not. What you are wishing for is called mutiny and keeping all variables and consequences in consideration, no senseable and patriot person can wish such a scenario.
What the establishment is doing or has been doing in this country is condemnable but the only way you can change it is through peaceful political struggle, and there is no quick fix to this as such struggles can take years. And be mindful of the fact that it is not about Gens. Bajwa, Asim Munir or Musharaf but it is a institutionalized sick thinking of absolute power.

If I consider your argument as correct this would mean that the Hitler was the only person responsible for killing millions of jews and other Nazis should not be blamed. We are humans, what you are suggesting is that we should stop asking questions and logical arguments.
Infact this is how most armies in the world operate. It is only our Lumber One army which is run like a gang. Our army officers are even involved in killing their own. Na Pak Army operates like a mafia. Which professional Army in the world runs their own businesses like fertilizers, banks and real estate etc. There is one i.e., the Egyptian Army who is also a lap dog of the US like our army.
This army is involved in killing of countless Pakistanis since 2008. This Na Pak Fouj is involved in some of the worst human rights abuses in the world and you think this is due to just the order of one General at the top. NO, they are all rotten to the core.
