Corruption in Pakistan will never improve until criminal judges are not hanged will keep on facilitating Qabza groups ( as LHC relieved kokhar brothers yesterday ..) and mega criminals ( as they reduced bond of nawaz sharif from 7 billions rupees to mere 50 rupees and pressurised ik government. By the way according to same source Transparency international..the corruption score of India, Iran Nepal , Malaysia has also worsened.

TI used 8 sources to score&rank Pak, score was down for 3 sources (no change in remaining 5) over last 2 periods so let’s consider 3 sources:

1) Bertelsmann Transformation Index (BTI)
2) Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem)
3) World Justice Project (WJP)

BTI 2020 (No Change in CPI 2020, down in 2019):

BTI 2020 was reflected in CPI 2019 report (when score decreased from 25 to 21) and same score is retained for CPI 2020 because there was no major election in Pakistan last year. BTI 2020 period is from Feb’17 to Jan’19 with particular focus on 2018 elections (as evident from executive summary).

Varieties of Democracy Project (V-Dem) 2020 (Score down from 27 to 22 for CPI 2020):

V-dem decreased score this year from 27 to 22, and per reports, it is evident that latest data is from 2019.

World Justice Project Rule of Law Index (WJP) (Score decreased from 27 to 25):
Per WJP 2020, the data is from 2019 based on 8 different factors that includes but not limited to absence of corruption, fundamental rights etc.

Minister Kayani was involved in drug prices scam and allegedly netted billions of rupees, instead of prosecuting him he was just removed from Ministry and was made Sec. Gen. of PTI.

Minister Sarwar was involved in FO scam netted billion from Oil Marketing Cos, after inquiry it was proved that people has to pay Rs. 30 billion extra for his undue favor to OMCs, instead of prosecuting him he was just removed from Ministry and was made Minister Aviation and still holding the post even after he single-handedly demolished the aviation industry of Pakistan.

I can give tens of such examples in which PTI ministers were caught red-handed but no punishment was awarded.

Which of Three sources talk about Corruption? Talking about the "Corruption" that is generally talked about in media etc.. not some other kind of corruption .

i guess one report have one teeny tiny part that talked about it.
