You may always disagree with Imran Khan but Basically three people hate him the most:

1. Military Industrial Complex in USA (who presently are afraid of even Donald Trump as well)
2. RSS/BJP since Khan openly criticized their hateful ideology/mentality . He was never against friendship between India and Pakistan. Possibly a strong SAARC would also be on his agenda
3. Military Establishment/ Deep State sitting in Rawalpindi since they are big time Dollar khors.

The trio above will always benefit from instability and conflicts in South Asia. The divide and rule game was utilized in Middle East , certain parts of Europe and Africa, and in our region too. It's American neocolonialism that is pulling strings
