ڈنگر نیازی کے ڈنگر پجاری۔ جس معاملے کی سمجھ نہ ہو اس میں منہ نہیں مارتے۔ سٹاک مارکیٹ ہمیشہ فارورڈ لوکنگ ہوتی ہے، پرسیپشن پر چلتی ہے، کسی بھی کمپنی کی مارکیٹ پرائس اس کی فیوچر ارننگ کو مدنظر رکھ کر چلتی ہے۔ ایک مثال دیتا ہوں۔ سٹیٹ بینک نے گزشتہ روز نئی ایم ڈی آر پالیسی جاری کی جس کا بینکوں پر اطلاق یکم جنوری 2025 سے ہونا ہے۔ مگر جس دن سٹیٹ بینک کا نوٹیفیکشن آیا اسی دن اسلامی بینکس کے شیئر دھڑام سے گرگئے اور سب کو لوئر لاکس لگ گئے، جبکہ کنویشنل بینکس کے شیئر کو اپر کیپس لگے۔ وجہ کیونکہ پالیسی کے مطابق فیوچر میں کنویشنل بینکس کے پرافٹس بڑھ جانے تھے اور اسلامی بینکس کے پرافٹس کم ہوجانے تھے۔

کچھ سمجھ آئی ڈنگر نیازی کے یوتھیے یا نہیں۔۔ اگر نہیں آئی تو کسی سکول میں داخلہ لے لو، تم جیسوں سے اپنا مغز چٹوانے کا میرے پاس ٹائم نہیں۔ چل بھاگ اب ادھر سے۔۔​

Yes, to some, it is the genious of Khan. He wants to bring the real stakeholder on the negotiation table and agree in front of everyone. It is no use to deal with political governments who just come and go and are imposters of holding the real power.

Mind you, in the hinshight of our entire existence as a nation, estb has always been the main power broker. Sometimes it makes sense too, because under this system of democracy, every ruler comes with only a 5 years (maybe) term. Therefore, thier natural planning falls short of more than 5 years plans. Verily, a nation needs long term sustainable policies to carry on and the State has to deal with it. So, there is a problem of clash of interests here too. This remains the bone of contention between the perennial state and the seasonal political governments.

So, a lasting solution can never be reached if the Estb does not step up forward, tell everyone that there are certain matters which should not go unchecked and where the estab needs a fair share of power to regulate that in the longer national policies.

The political parties should develop a consensus over it and mark that down in legislative form, so that the friction among the institutions should be finally stopped.

Turkey is an example where they constitutionally granted Army some powers, that were necessary in the disposal of thier duties, effectively. That includes a vote in the foregin policy too.
