Last time establishment made a deal so he was offered a settlement in KSA, this time it’s other way round. Even if the decision takes an yr and half and he will come then it’s still not in their favor as it’s more shame. Political it’s an awsm chance for pti let’s c how they played it.
He would if he had some spine. Nawaz has never been a fighter - he cut a deal in 99/00 as well.

You are right. Otherwise , why would UK reject an ex Prime Minister's visa. Recently UK removed India from Red zone but Pakistan was kept in the zone when the fact is Covid is still rampant in India.

Anyway, the issue is expired passport more than anything else. He has two ways without a valid passport:
1 - Apply for an asylum in UK
2 - Apply for an asylum in a third country, such as in Gulf or in India
However, it should be noted that when a person is deported, he is sent on a direct flight to his home country.
If a person is asked to leave but is given certain number of days to leave, he can book any flight.
Mian saab, if his appeal is also rejected, will try to fly before he is carried by the authorities. to the airport to get him boarded in a PIA or British Airways flight to Islamabad. But to have the flexibility of moving on his choice of connecting flight (to get away in a third country), he must secure asylum in that country.
So, these are the steps probably being taken by Mian Saab:
1 - Appeal and apply for an asylum in multiple countries simultaneously.
2 - In case of appeal rejection, apply for an asylum in UK, a process that is sometimes painstakingly long, and can take many months, or even years. By the time his application is in process, he will anxiously wait for any third country's asylum applied.
3 - In case of rejection of all his applications, he will try to stay illegally in the UK.
4 - In case of an approval, he might not return ever.. His political career will be ended abruptly.
So brace yourself for a long ride. Don't expect a quick return.

It might be a political decision at some level but not by her at any stretch. Some MPs had raised this issue. However you're very right, he is not coming back any sooner if ever.

even he will not come back but being discussed ( reject visa) ?is humiliating for shareefs.
He will apply for Investment visa in UK and will get ILR in 3years.

Yeh buhat manhoos aurat hai last govt main iis konikala giya tha Israeli spy agencies se milte howe Bharat ke liyan. She is more loyel to Endia then UK.
