Did you observe how Marvi seemed happy that Ibtisam Elahi used verses from the Bible but was critical about the negation of homosexuality in Quran. This shows two things. One, she has never read the Quran. Ibtasim mentioned about the Surahs in which the people of Lut a.s. are mentioned even then she seemed unsure whether homosexuality is negated in Quran. Two, she appeared to be more in favor of other religions than Islam.
She supported homosexuality by saying that every person should have the choice to have sex with another one they like. By the same token incest and pedophilia should also be correct according to her views. She is just against anything related to Islam. In the words of Malcolm X she is truly a house negro.

What this really means is that you have ZERO embedded logic skills.
Since its also in bible and the maulvi said that america is still religious (in god we trust example), therefore he was refuting his own argument that this had a religious element to it.
The two examples you gave of incest and pedophilia are again very very ironic.
Both have been part of the Subcontinent culture (much more part of Pakistani culture).
Incest : pakistanis are known to marry their first cousins (some indian groups also practice this but is getting much less common). You might wanna google Journal of Genetic Counseling to figure out why marrying first cousins is wrong.
Pedophilia : This refers to relation with a minor, its not the same as gay and lesbian. Because, a minor doesnt have the emotional, mental and physical strength to ward off an adult. Therefore, its a crime. Pedophilia was rampant during the Mughals. Babur was bi-sexual.

Yes, there has been incest and paedophilia in South Asian culture but that does not mean that homosexuality should be condoned or even supported. By the way, there has been scientific research that shows that animals exhibit homosexuality only in captivity and not in wild i.e. in their natural environment. Therefore, homosexuality in humans is also not natural it is only due to pressures and stresses that exist in the modern society.
