I think not, you have to request Moderators, they will do it immediately.

Yes If do it immediately within 1 or 2minutes if you din't then you will have to ask moderators to change title for you.

Follow these steps.

Edit Post > Go Advanced > Change Title > Save Changes

PM any moderator or Report thread to ask moderates to change title.
