I am wondering can't US use low tech toys? As all the Libyan cities and installation are next to Sea, they could have used there ship Big guns to do the same Job with a louder bang.

Tomahwk is a guided cruise missile with pinpoint accuracy...the guns on big ships are not "smart" guns....secondly...let the Libyans defend themselves...otherwise just shut up and cry
