Does any body know about DHA City Lahore project ???

Does anybody know what is the current status of DHA City Lahore housing project?? Ya phir aik aur fraud ki teyari hey.

They have taken all the money for booked plots but physical land/plot for the project exist no where !!! Please update if some one knows anything about this project.

Project was launched in June 2010, almost 5 years to complete, progress is as blow:

1- August 2010: Location is in 3KM radios of DHA EME Sector
2- Collected Down Payment
3- Collected 100% installments
4- June 2013: Location map issued with only a single line on a google maps sketch (A lollipop, just a sketch with no evidence for DHA City ownership of that sketch land)
5- Ownership letters issued (Just a document having no legal value)

Thats all for now, what is the legal value of all above ? The answer is a big ZERO. DHA City representatives sitting in offices themselves don't know what is the status.

After the media program from Mubashar Luqman, i was expecting somebody from Army shal take notice but no...

Rent A Army is busy in collecting Dollars from USA for bombing Afghanistan and they are heading to collect Riyals for bombing Muslims of Yamen.

NOON has delayed many properties societies , because they want to get good price of , Khawaja SAAD Paragon City and other properties of their Gullu Butt MNA's in Lahore,

The transfer of plots in Mustaffa Town and many other societies is Blocked by Showbaaz Sharif , For last three years.

DHA City Project was correlated with the completion of Ring Road, I am not sure why Ring Road Project has been delayed, but as soon as it is completed DHA City management shall start thinking to do any thing... uptill that be on hold and don't count years as there are already 5 gone and status is as same as it was on July 2010.

Good luck Middle Class of Pakistan, 50% of you have already been thrown to Lower Class and rest should start thinking to be kicked in the same class
