u got a wrong translation, u need to learn arabic in order to know the true meaning, here is authentic translation.

Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."

and this verse is reference before the creation of earth, after the big bang! no reference to outer space

Joker, your brain is smaller than pea nut. Bicyle, Car, Cellphone are utilities items.
you need to read about experiments.
1. Natural experiments
=> Very very complex, uncontrolled, big dimensionality in temporal , billions of parameters

2. Scientific, Industrial experiment ( cell phone, cycle)

=> simple, controlled , few parameters. Uses simple laws of nature(via science, technology)
