Yes but not on 70 bn. The same size of Bus Road is built in 14 Bn (imagine the difference in money) after a year of proper feasibility report and completion time in 16 months unlike Punjab Govt who did this in few months in haste by destroying every existing infra strucure. Lahore Metro even Blocked the roads to Emergency of Service hospital. This is the priority of Nooras. In any civilised country, is it possible?

Plus KP govt intends to lanuch a rail service as well. So KP govt is not just start a so called Metro bus program but a comprehensive Mass Transit Program which will resolve the issue of transport in Peshawar.
