there are thousand children out there , jinhaen army ki help nahi milti . U should better know kae Punjab govt hospitals maen emergency ki medicine free haen , but it is a political fluke/stunt.

On every patient , maximumly govt is supposed to spend 132 rs / year in Punjab govt hospital.
Medicines are of degraded quality ......
