متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کے قائد جناب الطاف حسین نے سابق وزیراعظم اور پیپلزپارٹی کے نائب صدرمخدوم یوسف رضا گیلانی سے فون پر رابطہ کرکے ان سے علی حیدرگیلانی کے اغواء پر دلی ہمدردی کااظہارکیا۔ جناب الطاف حسین نے کہاکہ علی حیدرگیلانی کے اغواء کا واقعہ انتہائی تشویشناک ہے جس پر مجھ سمیت ایم کیوایم کا ایک ایک کارکن اور انسانیت پریقین رکھنے والا ہرفرد آپ اورآپ کے اہل خانہ کے دکھ میں برابر کاشریک ہے ۔ جناب الطاف حسین نے کہاکہ الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان اورنگراں حکومت نے انتخابات کوپرامن اور شفا ف بنانے کے باربار وعدے کئے تھے لیکن آج ایسا لگتا ہے کہ پورا ملک انتہاء پسندوں کے ہاتھوں یرغمال بن چکا ہے ۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ دہشت گردی کے ان بڑھتے ہوئے واقعات سے یہ واضح ہوچکا ہے کہ دہشت گرد عناصر کس قدر طاقتور ہوچکے ہیں اوراس حقیقت سے انکارکرنا خطرے کو دیکھ کرریت میں منہ چھپانے کے مترادف ہوگا۔انہوں نے یوسف رضا گیلانی سے کہاکہ آزمائش کی اس گھڑی میں، میں اور میرے تمام ساتھی آپ اورآپ کے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ ہیں اور آپ کے ساتھ ہرقسم کے تعاون کیلئے تیار ہیں۔
جنا ب یوسف رضا گیلانی نے جناب الطاف حسین سے کہاکہ آپ نے جن خیالات کااظہار کیا ہے وہ حقیقت پرمبنی ہیں اور ان مشکل ترین حالات میں آپ نے میرے خاندان سے جس ہمدردی کااظہار کیا ہے اس پر میں آپکا تہہ دل سے مشکور ہوں۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ جن خطرات کاآپ اظہارکرتے رہے ہیں ان کی حقیقت اب سب پر عیاں ہوچکی ہے اور یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ ان حالات کا، دہشت گردی کاشکار تمام قوتوں کو مل جل کر ہی مقابلہ کرنا ہوگاورنہ مستقبل میں یہ خطرہ بڑھتا ہی جائے گا۔
جناب الطاف حسین نے کہاکہ میں دعا گو ہوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ علی حیدرگیلانی کو اپنی پناہ میں رکھے اور انہیں جلدازجلد بخیریت اپنے اہل خانہ سے ملائے۔
