Feeling younger may help you, live to be longer. You can only look beautiful, if you feel beautiful inside. And to feel beautiful we need a confidence that we are looking beautiful. It is not easy to look young but somehow it is not difficult also. You just need to take care of yourself it may include your appearance, your style and most important your skin. You must need a healthy feel because feelings sustain you younger, no matter how old you are.

November is celebrated as National Healthy Skin Month. It is basically a public health awareness campaign to provoke people, about the importance of flawless skin. November is a spot month to guide people about their health to prevent the common skin problems.

National healthy skin month seems as an activity but it is more than activity. Due to carelessness people fall in contagious skin issues, sometimes it leads to serious skin disease like cancer. It’s important to be proactive with your skin and the sun. This campaign also works to provoke people to increase the public knowledge about special skin issue.

SKIN DEMANDS CONSCIOUSNESS:
The basic and foremost issue is, we did not take care of our skin. We did not focus on proper cleansing procedure of our skin. And most of the people are such careless about this issue. People do not cleanse their skin properly. Our skin needs daily cleaning, which is nothing but a regular use of simple lotion to cleanse our skin. Skin is the most sensitive organ of our body. Skin also considered as the largest organ of our body.

Smoking also causes your skin issues. Smoking decrease blood flow depleting the skin of oxygen and nutrients. Decreases the blood flow damage the collagen and elastic fibers flow. Being exposed to extreme heat on your face for a long period of time could also cause damage to the skin. It also leads wrinkle.

DON’T NEGLECT SUN RAYS:
Sun Rays directly affects your skin, it contains ultraviolet rays. Use sunblock in daily routine, it will protect you skin from sun rays. Too much exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause sunburn. UV or ultraviolet rays penetrate the outer skin layers and pass into the deeper layers, where they can damage or kill skin cells.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN:
Take care of your skin by washing it after few hours, is a healthy practice. Use warm water to cleanse your skin, it will safe your skin from germs or any atmospheric reaction. It is not bad to use cold water but it is good to use warm water in germs point of view.

NATURAL SKIN MOISTURIZER:
God beautifully structured our internal body.

  • Natural skin oil is the most important natural tonic of your skin, that sustains your skin moisturized.
  • Do not take bath more than ten to fifteen minutes, you may get dry.
  • People get irritated of oil they feel on their face when they get up early in the morning. When we are sleeping for hours and don’t wash our face for a long period of time, oil appears on our damp skin as natural moisturizer.
Choose a suitable product: Don’t apply any product on your skin, first make sure your skin type whether it is dry or oily.

Daily moisturize your skin. Daily cleanse your skin with lotion or moisturize it because your skin needs regular care. Applying moisturizers that are too thick or heavy can result in decreased natural oil production, resulting in even drier skin. Scrub the moisturizer genteelly on your skin, at night for 4 to 5 minutes. Daily moisturizer is enough somehow, to sustain your skin healthy.

Consider skin disease: But if you have any skin problem this is not enough to simply wash and moisturize your skin, you need more care. Do concern your skin specialist in such sensitive case and apply medical recommendation. Some people have pimple on face they need special care, avoid to need others towel. Consider these alarming issues serious because there is a reason behind every problem. Due to consistent carelessness, in some cases minor skin issues leads to epidemic skin issue like cancer.

There is 3 different type of skin cancer, Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, most can be prevented by limiting exposure to the sun. The first two skin cancers are grouped together as non-melanoma skin cancers. Cancer include Merkel cell tumors and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, which is another unusual type of skin cancer. These are the most common cancers we need to take special care about such severe issues.

Healthy skin is a sign of healthy person. Feel healthy to look healthy, you are as young as you feel.
