اگر تم تھوڑا پڑھ لکھ لیتے تو اس طرح کی پوسٹس نا کرتے

ہمیشہ اثاثہ جات کی قیمت وہی بتائی جاتی ہے جو جائداد خریدتے وقت ادا کی جاتی ہے اور کاغذات میں درج کی جاتی ہے

مثال کے طور پر میں ٢٠١١ میں ایک کڑوڑ روپے کماتا ہوں
اور ٨٠ لاکھ کی زمین لے لیتا ہوں
اب اگر ٢٠١٢ میں اس زمین کی قیمت بڑھ کر ٢ کڑوڑ ہوجاتی ہے
تو ٢٠١٢ میں، میں اپنے اثاثوں میں دو کڑوڑ ظاہر نہیں کرونگا ٨٠ لاکھ ہی کرونگا
کیوں کہ یہی وہ قیمت ہے جو میں نے ادا کی ہے اور یہی قیمت کاغذات میں درج ہے

اگر ٢٠١٢ میں، میں دو کڑوڑ ظاہر کرتا ہوں تو سوال یہ پیدا ہوگا کہ میری کل آمدنی تو ایک کڑوڑ تھی تو ٢ کروڑ کی زمین کیسے خرید لی؟؟
اس طرح آمدنی اور جائیداد کا موازنہ ممکن نا ہوگا

اثاثوں کے ظاہر کرنے کا اصل مقصد کیا ہے؟؟

اصل مقصد یہ ہے کہ مستقبل میں ہونے والے اضافوں کا آمدنی سے
موازنہ ہوسکے اور یہ بھی کہ ماضی میں حاصل کیے گئے اثاثے کس آمدنی سے
حاصل کیے گئے اور یہ اسی وقت ممکن ہوگا جب اثاثوں کی وہی قیمت درج ہوگی
جس قیمت پر خریدے گنے تھے

مزید یہ کہ جائداد اور حصص کی قیمت تو بڑھتی اور کم ہوتی رہتی ہے
اسی لئے انکی ہمیشہ قیمت خرید ہی ظاہر کی جاتی ہے نا کہ موجودہ قیمت

اب جہانگیر ترین کے ہی حصص کی مالیت دیکھ لیں تو کڑوڑوں میں ہے
جو کہ ان حصص کی قیمت خرید ہے نا کہ موجودہ قیمت
ورنہ جہانگیر ترین کے حصص کی اصل مالیت تو کہیں زیادہ ہوگی

آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ
اللہ کے واسطے لوگوں کا وقت برباد نا کرو
اور اپنی قیادت کی خاطر جھوٹ تو نا بولو کم سے کم
مر کر اللہ کو جواب بھی دینا ہے​

If these NOORAS have listened to IK press conference then they wouldnt have answered this question . . .but they have 26 yrs of experience of doing this so. . . .

Mian Chunnu is an inherited land and 50,000 is not the cost but the Development charge . . for inherited land u dont even need to show the cost . . .

And for furniture , there is something that u nooras will never understand which is called as Depreciation . . . the cost of the durniture is depreciated every year and full depreciation in 10 years . . .

we have issued against zardari and nawaz that they had made their lot of wealth during their government period.
we believer zardari and nawaz wealth belong to this country.
its nonsense to ask IK again and again about his assets even though he didn't rule yet.
