PM Imran Khan is not satisfied by the performance of Chief Secretaries and IGPs in Punjab hence changing after every four months on an average.
He must not be satisfied unless he finds the best performer as less than two years are left.

SURELY, it is the prerogative of the PM to whom he wishes to appoint with frequent intervals. Even he can change them on daily basis as the law permits him to do so but the changes can only be justified if the targets will be achieved.
Using prerogative without achieving the end results will always be severely criticized at the end of five years.

A performance report of the Ex 4 Chief Secretaries and 6 IGPs must be made public.
Let the people know why and how they failed to achieve the targets.
Will it be possible for the new appointees to reform the institutions within the given time?

When you rule a country or a state it becomes a colony of yours and you a king, same goes with Punjab and shareef. It’s not easy to find a single fair clean man in Punjab who can run according to IK ideology, they are so used to shareef dynasty that they can’t do otherwise.

Yeah Major R Azam Suleiman wasn't clean. Who are you fooling? The guy has a spotless career. He knew better and took early resignation. IK needs to change both Wasim Akram plus and Buzdar plus in KP.

No one is talking about CM, the discussion is all about to immediately find right officers with capability to maintain pace of work with PM IK.
The heart of the matter is that the best of best officers have not been searched yet by our government.
The suggestion is to apply the same formula for searching as it was done in Durrani's case. The end result is to go in elections 2023 with loaded achievements to create a difference that PTI is the only choice. The other stakeholders must not be given a chance to manipulate.

There is no other choice than to find the best within the given circumstances.
Punjab Plays vital role in every elections. PM khan will have to take all the matters of Punjab under his direct control for good governance. His political team must stay intact in Punjab but he must not delay to sit on driving seat. A very tough job for PM to look into all the affairs of a Province too but there is no other choice left for him.
