Reality is quite dfferent than what Musharraf likes us to believe.In real sense of things, if you look, the 911 incident provided him an excellent opportunity to consolidate his grip on power and also gave him a legitimacy in the world which he didn't have after removing the elected Government of Pakistan. In order to achieve his personal interest, he had to accept the immpossible conditions of USA which no free and independent country in the world would agree to. There was greed involve in this sour deal and Musharraf used the national interest to accomodate his personal agenda. His saying yes to the USA, would have paved the way for him to stay in the power and took the advantage of USA support. No country in the world which pride itself for its sovereignty would have sold it that cheap. But Musharraf was a conman and he saw an opportunity and jumped.His bravey is questionable and his wisdom is beyond believe. I will give you an example during the time when he supported and faciliated USA troops at the early stages of attacking Afghanistan. He came up with statement that USA had promised to take care of the interest of Pakistan in future Afghanistani Government by not allowing any members of Northern Alliance to be a part of Afghanistani Government . However, USA never respected this agreement and every one saw the majority of Northern alliance members came in to power in Afghanistan. Musharraf as coward as he is, never said a word and showed any reaction and accepted this regime of Indian sympathisers. What a nation could do when its COAS leakes his underwear in front of global power ?

The wisdom and the bravery all stuffed inside the rear hole of this coward person. I feel pity for a nation that one who kept his nights with someone like Aslam Sukheera end up becoming the commando leader of this nation, I can only mourn the dignity and respect of this nation.

I do not think any one of us is perfect. May be perhaps we are not all suppose to be perfect. But, make some principles in your life. I cry in nights for the situation in Pakistan. I cry when I see injustices done to the common people in Pakistan. When I see the people with influence get away with murders in Pakistan. When I see the young girls selling their bodies to feed their families,when I see the poors hovering around the trash bins looking for food. When I see the fradulent documents depriving the legitimate owners of their porperties. when I see the fake medicines taking the lives of people. I just take a big sigh and pray . Was this country worth its creation ? was it made to give the powerful a tool to exploit the poors ? Was it really ? I do not have answer. I am still looking for it, like many others.
