This decision does not shows that CJ is totally neutral. I have doubts that may be CJ is inclined towards PML (N).

Actually i have not send any money, not even one $, since 2005. What i wrote above was just continuation.
During this time my brother has learnt, how to live without my help.
it means you will stop sending money because your brother is on his feet not because overseas pakistanis are humiliated.... come on bro just grow up or think before you say something..... dont attach your pre planned actions with the current situation

I am an American Citizen and i believe CJ did the right thing, believe it or not right now on papers, i am more loyal to america than Pakistan. I love my Pakistan more than America but it does not matter because i gave up my first nationality. CJ is right, whoever takes oath from other country should not allow to interfere in internal politics. In a hard time, they have opportunity to leave. I am so happy for this decision.

I love Pakistan and in my life in the UK I have always fought in my capacity for Pakistan. I have helped many poor people setup small businesses in Pakistan today I feel really hurt and really am thinking where do I stand and is it all worth it. Should I actually forget about Pakistan and just focus on my personal life rather than always trying to fight for Pakistan in my capacity. I think the CJ has become too political and why is he being selective in choosing cases. I do not understand why the Asghar Khan case has not been taken forward.

Please do not lecture us. We don't want people with dual loyalties to meddle in our internal affairs.

Wrong. He only doubted the loyalty of TQ.

no sir if they would have only said in remarks specific to TuQ that could have been fine but if you go through the remarks the judges of higher courts have declared all dual nationals as traitors in a nut shell !

This is not only my thinking, u can see the reactions of Moid Peerzada , Muhammad Malick and Najam Sethi , they are also saying the same things and let me tell u the Muhammad Malick is one of the beiggest critic of Qadri alongwith Moid Peerzada!

Except for maybe Moid Peerzada, I don't have much respect for any of them. My brother is dual national and he follows paki politics quite closely. He did not take any offence to SC verdict. This was quite specific to TQ and questions asked by the judges were quite relevant in this particular case.

The other day he was congratulating SC and now he is throwing expletives on the same SC.

oh koi bhai "dual national pakistani" term ko explain tu kr day...
kabhi suna ha dual national japani...dual national german...dual nationality hamara ghulami culture ha..ab bhai log yeh roona dhona band karo aur apnay garebaan main jhanko...

Hotai hein bhai. Pakistan mein baith kr tumhein kaise pata chalai ga. I can even show you chinese and indian people who have british nationality because their countries don't allow them to have dual nationality. I think giving up you own country's nationality is worse than having other nationality along with your own country's nationality. Don't try to bring emotion in this. Dual nationals are more sincere to Pakistan than lot of "just pakistanis" because they love pakistan without any condition.

Read what Moid Peerzada said :

Debate in Supreme Court is sending very confusing signals: Dr. Tahir ul Qadri may be a controversial character working on an agenda of his own megalomania or someone else, but the issues being raised have larger implications: It appears that we are differentiating between "good & bad" on the basis of nationality; are we now arguing that Pakistanis with dual nationalities cannot file Public Interest Petitions? Does that mean that they are not interested in the Public Good and Welfare of Pakistan? If that is so then how do we explain the strong bonds, sentiments and emotions of those countless millions of Pakistani Diasporas who worked day and night to send billions into Pakistan during crises like Earthquake in 2005 or Floods in 2010? what about those who throng western streets and capitals to raise Pakistani voices? Why do we talk of Pakistani lobbies in the US or UK? What about those millions spread from Norway to France to Italy and Sweden? Lawyers, Politicians and Judges need to be careful when they shape arguments with wider implications for the state of Pakistan in the beginning of 21st century.

Will Pakistan be an isolated island in a globalized world of integration and interdependence? In UK one of the most prominent politicians who has always criticized the governments is Lord Nazir Ahmed who holds dual Pakistani citizenship, the new Governor of the Bank of England - an institutions that shapes monetary policy and affects the fate of Britain - is a Canadian who has previously headed the Bank of Canada...Air lines like Emirates have scores of Europeans heading key positions but Emirates has emerged as the leading airline of the European skies, in Pakistan if a government will think of appointing a Britisher or German or Turk or Malaysian as Head of PIA, we will declare this a conspiracy against the national interest...time has arrived where we may need to define issues on their merit; stinking corrupt men have ruled Pakistani institutions without adding any value to Public Interest; PIA is a classic example of that, today people are afraid of taking a flight. We need to define "national interest" and "public welfare" or "public interest" in a new globalized integrated global village; definitions of 19th century laced with biases and prejudices of 15th century will only make us a poor, underdeveloped nation; I will love to fly in PIA headed by a competent, hard working, honest, conscientious "John Smith" from UK or "Abuja Abuja" from Africa or " Ocalan Hazlan" from Turkey instead of a Pakistani who can give us an airline whose planes are considered unsafe while taking off or landing..we need to define our laws in a way that helps us to interpret "public interest" in a broad modern way instead of narrow inward world of primitive backwardness.....looking forward to your views!

The biggest blunder of SC is to say we won't allow a foreign national to meddle in politics, when he holds a Pakistani passport, a registered voter, and a tax payer. How can he then be called a foreign national? The correct description is dual national.

You can come and do charity work and help out your people, but don't make decisions about our lives by meddling in politics.
