Being a sole pakistani citizen should be a necessary condition but cannot be sufficient. Because muslims kill each other everyday, it cannot justify the use of drones by US.

i am british pakistani and i been following this tuq dramy baz since he came to pakistan, if he was so loyal to the country he shouldn't left pakistani nationality. very good decision CJ

Don't be a drama queen yourself...get your facts right first. He hasn't left Pakistani nationality. You do not lose it by acquiring a second nationality of a state we have an agreement of dual nationality with like Canada. Overseas Pakistani were so pleased when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto introduced dual nationality so they could maintain their Pakistani identity, it looks like it will now end.

chal raha hay ye country.. my question is logic ye kehti hay k agar wo hissa dal rahay hen is country ki growth and stability mein to unhen haq keyon nae hay kisi b idaaray per objection ka ?????
or specially nazar b araha hun k wo idaara sai kaam nae ker raha ( by elections mein weapons ka show off, pmln ki taraf say huge advertising campaign, ppp ki taraf say ghair qanooni bhartian ... koe action ??? no )

TUQ ki intentions Rabb janta hay .. apart from that mera aik simple question hay
agar overseas pakistani ki remittances is country ki stability mein most important factor hen as also mentioned by imran khan
to unko ye haq keyon nae hay k wo kisi idaraay per apni reservations show ker saken ???? specially jab k wo idaara laws ki implementations mein nakaam nazar aa raha ho ..

TUQ only represents himself.
He is trying to emotionally blackmail OSP with his stunts.
The court simply said HIS fundamental rights had not been challenged due to ECP formation.
As was out of country till two months back cant contest eletions anyway.
His oath was just a small part of the two dayhearing they also brought in his speeches, public statments etc.
When it was clear that Mr TUQ could not show his Locus Standi he decided to do an attack on courts.
OK lets say his petition was accepting, even if the ECP was dissolved, what would happen:
In one sitting of NA it could be brough back. As const is clear its the perogative of PPP and PML N right now.
PPP would ofcourse start crying and become siasi Shaheed right in time for elections.
They could put an EC even worse then Fakhru Bhaya.
TUQ did not think this true is easily manipulated by Zardari.
He should scurry off to Canada now. No more time can be wasted on this imbecile.
He lost the oppurtunity of doing anything real after he signed his face saving and absolutely useless Sulah e Containariya with Kaira and Babr Ghouri.
If he wants the courts to do the political heavy lifting for him he is misinformed.

Pakistan's democracy is still struggling against local political mafias and the real representatives of People are far away from the corridors of power. So, I don't think that overseas Pakistanis are not so naive to misunderstand chief Justice's stance. If we allow overseas Pakistanis to enter into politics it will not be true representatives of poor and hard working overseas Pakistanis who will come to national and provincial assemblies but on the contrary the millionaire agents of international elites who will come to share power in the name of overseas Pakistanis and the voice of overseas Pakistanis will remain silent in Pakistan. I am totally against to allow overseas Pakistan to enter into Pakistani politics until and unless Pakistan becomes a powerful economic power and it enters into the stage of true political representation in our national assemblies so that those agents likeQadri cannot hijack the state for the interest of foreign powers in the name of overseas Pakistanis.
