If this land is really illegally occupied by the Sharif family, then it should be redeemed by the government from that corrupt family.
Whatever they have done , no one can date demolish their palace!!
INNSHA’ALLAH.
INNSHA’ALLAH.
INNSHA’ALLAH.
It needs to be done and quickly.
Even if it's not demolished it must be sold to recover the public's money. Ganja still owes the $10m fine which he is supposed to pay when he got sentenced. No lifafa wants to mention that small detail.
Logically you are right but you know the money they pay with will also be our stolen money. The language of demolition is the only language they understand. It has to be done.I think demolishing and razing Jati Umra palace and other structures in the estate as an option number one may not be a prudent exercise.
It is very simple, and the following should be the option number one of Punjab government---> Give them an option... if Sharifs want to retain this land with all the erected structures then Punjab government should assess the current market price both for the land and all the erected structures together with the owed taxes since 1985 and compound interest on the taxes, both on the land and the structures, and with maximum penalties to be paid in one lump sump payment within a period of one month. Government should also assess all the government money with compound interest and penalties on all the structures like boundary walls, helicopter pad, roads, special electric & gas supplies infra structures, telephone exchange and the developed adjacent areas on which the government money was spent while they were in power. This will run into billion and billions of Pak Rupees. Assess this money from them and use that money on the development projects of Punjab and on the people of Punjab rather than dismantling the buildings as a1st priority.
In the event they do not take this option then the government should ruthlessly demolish and raze every single thing and make them "Nishan e Ibrat" for the generations to come.
My opinion, could be wrong.

Your logic is right but I want to see these haraamis suffer. They believe they are God, and that God complex has to be smashed.Uustad pehlay hallay main agar kuuch maal hakoomat kay haat lag jaye' tow kaya bura hai? Agar nahi tow phir tuun kay rakhkho in khanzeeroun ko.
We all know these rascals---> chamri chali jaye' per damri naa jaye'.
If the govt gives them an option then it won't be a free fall for lohar high court to take their side.
Two of us and overwhelming majority of Pakistanis feel the same way.Your logic is right but I want to see these haraamis suffer. They believe they are God, and that God complex has to be smashed.
