i know that very well it takes 7 years, 3 yr CMT and 4 year route or st3 route via experience and exams.

Pakistani FCPS is a real degree . College of Physicians & Surgeons is the highest postgraduate awarding institutes.
Pakistan would had banned MS MD much earlier by itself as no standards were maintained for that every university were doing Phuddo Giri to reward MS & MD .
There should be no compromise on standard of higher education only merit no quota.

When hospitals even in Pakistan are opting for only FCPS as specialised consultants and don’t induct MS then why would Saudi Hospitals retain them as clinicians..... MS is without any structured training program and hence becoming obsolete now as far as clinical practice is concerned.....
MS and MD have not been well structured in Pakistan. Now UHS etc are trying, but still they are not considered equivalent to a clinical specialization like FCPS, FRCP, etc. Their course structure is the problem, them being ciurse/research based degrees, depending on the subject. An MD Haematology hasn't seen a fraction of patients as compared to an FCPS Haematology, while both work on their research. India's MD/MS has been a common route for specializing doctors and it is better structured/recognized. Pakistani MD/MS aren't even recognized inside Pakistan like that. Mphil/PhD being completely research based degrees will need to train in a compensated FCPS program to work as specialists, even if the subject is clinical, the compensation mainly for the theory part.
Having said that, this internal feud of medical education and licensing bodies in Pakistan is a disaster. PMDC, CPSP, PMA, MOH, etc and no one to coordinate/streamline policies. Doesn't help that academic degrees have to go an extra round through HEC as well..

How standard improves:
when someone is focuses on learning, research, new ideas, na k his all efforts are for some key post or managerial office woh be purely on personal likes & dislikes

Sir Few days ago i requested you to keep your eyes open on August 8th for the indictment of Khawaja Saad Rafeeq --- so that you start with true information on this case at least.
But sorry to say, today that has been postponed again till Aug-20th.
The complete details have not emerged so far on the print media. It appears like NAB photo copier was low on Toner and could not print clear copies to give to THE CRIMINALS. Court ordered NAB to print clear copies for criminals who are to be prosecuted.
So Please keep your eyes open on 20th of August and CLEARLY READ the indictment (if it happens). So that this Putwari could not call you and UN-INFORMED person. I apologize from NAB side for making you wait for another 12 days.
