The Government is not going to do anything about the load shedding. i am not in Pakistan but whenever i talk to someone there they told me about it so how we can get out of this? any idea??????

There are many ways to get rid of shortage, couple of years back I proposed a very viable solution
to this problem to government sources, but so far there is no reponse. As long as you have corrupt
people and don't have intent to fix its never going to happen, they simply don't want to do it. Infact
Pakistan can produce more than enough, however they don't do it intentionally

Actually , This government job is to impose sanctions on Pakistan for nuclear program.
These are undeclared sanctions apparently.
Target killing , drone killing , bomb killing , black water activities, financial crises , inflation , non availability of any necessity.....these r the jobs of this government.

we have all the resources and abilities to overcome our electricity needs it is obvious that the electricity crises is fake and these 15-20 hrs power shutdowns in most parts of the country are not because lack of generation or oil prices but because of IMF/ World Bank policies accepted by our Govt.

There are four major power producers in country which include Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC), Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC).

There are 2 strategies to avoid energy crisis: firstly save energy and secondly to generate energy through cheaper means.
for saving energy we need to establish factory producing energy saving bulbs so that everyone can afford it. It will save a lot of energy.
for creating energy we should investigate tidal energy, solar energy and coal energy. solar and tidal energies may not give a lot of output but they are very cheap. in the short run, we should do something like Iraqis who built small scale generators to provide electricity to neighbourhoods so that you just pay these people money for your electricity and you get electricity in return for your money not just bill but no electricity.

no doubt dams r to be built to solve the crises permanently. at present easiest way to counter shortage is JUST PAY THE DUES TO ALL AND GENERATE AT FULL CAPACITY.income earned by the companies, pso or wapda is being HARAP KARO by the present regime. if all dues r paid there shall be no shortage of electricity.
See this new invention. If is it true it will flood all Pakistani houses, businesses and industries in next 3 to 5 years. No need of Wapda no loadsheading. Just produce your own electricity at your home at low cost.

Only answer is Solar Energy, we have plenty of sunlight round the year. Generating Solar energy for few fans and few bulbs is very easy and raw material for equipment can be very cheap if tax free and locally built.
Generating solar energy for upto 5 years for 4 fans and 10 CFL bulbs will cost around Rs 10,000/- to 15,000/- if supported by govt. The unit can be installed on the roof of any small house and source of environment friendly clean energy. No need to worry about WAPDA bills, line man, load shedding etc.

it is very easy to blame others for ur own incompetence, Pakistanis are in such a position now that they get scared from their own shadow and scream that there is someone chasing them..in fact it is their own shadow............. :)

I propose very simple solution to get rid of load shedding - Just gathers the people of Pakistan and disconnect the electric connections of President House, Chief Minister Houses, All Minister's houses and other Government Official where there is no load shedding. The second day there will be no load shedding in the country.
I am 100% sure there is no shortage of electricity in Pakistan and generating capacity is quite more than the actual requirements but it is just the malicious attitude of the Rulers towards the Public as they are thinking the normal Pakistani not a human being but a slave.
