Drones are killing people within your boundaries Not outside Pakistan and this offence is apprehensive under the UN Charter's provisions, as further described in the judgement. Moreover, teh American Diplomatic Mission is sitting in your Diplomatic Enclave, where Govt of Pakistan are providing security to them. Even if they don't listen, you can go to UN security council... but who will do that???? Will IK ever put pressure on such an issue where people are loosing lives everyday? or will it be just for the electoral investigations, at the end of which you wonder what have you achieved and what has really changed in essence?

Even if I accept your first argument, for the argument's sake... it makes no sense that the Provincial Govt is trying to protect itself from any allegations against them. They cannot be alleged because on International levels, it is the responsibility of the Federal Govt to be answerable to anyone. You people loose your sight and mind when anything against you comes up. Open your eyes and most importantly your minds to understand what you are looking at.

1) That is why I gave the Child's example because he would think he is discussing an important issue, where to the adults such questions(Regarding Ghosts, cartoons, Ghabbar kidnaping boys) are only unrelated nonsense and unending issue and every answer leads to several more questions from the kid, and this is what I predicted from the very beginning.. How was justice Waji Appointed, How many days did he take to complete investigation, What recommendations he gave, What recommendations were rightly given and which one were under pressure/influence/hatred/love, etc, What action was taken afterwards, Who said what about recommendations, Why Waji way suspended, what happened later... All these are questions which will need months to research and reach a conclusion of saying who was right and who was wrong, and how much wrong. So it is a time wasting process. All we know is that Elections will be there somewhere at some point. What will happen if the elections take place 1/2/3 months earlier or later?

2) What Dharna Achieved? Let me give you an example... A Rich and influential guy kills a person from a less authoritative family... In response what the family does? Protest, Jalao gerao, and whatever it can to get justice.. In most cases the Influential get away with it, but then what the family does? Stops living? Keeps on protesting all life? Keep beating itself all life? At some point they realize that the Mafia can't be defeated one way or another and so they join another thing which they think is good enough for them and for the lives of the family members plus it maybe a way of avenging the death at some point... Its very illogical of you to keep insisting why was dharna conducted and what it achieved.. It might not have achieved required result, but it doesn't mean to keep on beating yourself all life...

-I will again say I was pretty Clear in argument, that Court verdict only applicable if it is in its jurisdiction.. Altaf hussain has been indicted in Pakistan and is a criminal but can you take him from UK, unless you have some Deal with UK? Similarly suppose you don't have the capability to strike a drone and the court gives a verdict, Drop down the drone if necessary, will you be able to shot down the drone? No because you don't have the power/Technology. Provincial Government at best can use the force in the following manner. a) Not be part of any deal that allows drone strikes. b) Not giving any base for drones. c) Shooting down a drone if in range of the Weapon..

Just imagine if their is no court verdict against Drone strikes, And your Government is in deal with those who conduct those strikes, in that case if a drone is in your shot range and you(Provincial Govt) shoot it down, So won't the Federal Government legally send a notice to you? Because no Court would have termed the strike as illegal, and the government by signing a deal with Foreigners will be responsible for security of the drone, in which case the drone will be legal and shooting it down will be illegal according to Law. So the Courts verdict is a legal cover for shooting down a Drone if in Range..
