What? I never said that the mosque is NOT disputed. I said it is not an issue. Mufti Taqi Usmani is NOT saying that the mosque is not disputed. HE is saying that since it has been around for 25 years since there is no mosque in the close area, the Supreme court should waive their decision. You're saying that the construction of the mosque is NOT disputed.
