GOP fought the case like this that Broadsheet did not do what they were supposed to do or complete their job. But this was rejected, because of the stupid wording of the original contract.
So my question comes again, what was the amount GOP actually paid to Broadsheet when they were entitled for US$304.6 million.

It is very late for me. So let me answer my own question. It was 28.7 million dollars that GOP has paid to Broadsheet, which is 10.6 times less than what Stroz Friedberg (the legal Auditor) recommended.
This was absolutely not the out of court settlement. GOP (which is IKs Govt) fought the case in Arbitration court and Saved 275.9 Million dollars of Pakistan Exchequer.
A performance on which a Putwari like me Saluted IK.

What argument was used in the arbitration court is Very Very interesting. I wish you could download the court decision so that we can go over this together.

Yes in normal terms its right but in this case as you already appreciated that KHAN saved money of Pakistanis. They want to settle for less somewhere

And the arguments had to be true, because in the Arbitration the receiver of the money (which is Broadsheet) has to accept it in the court that this is true interpretation of the facts.
Otherwise way the heck he will loose the money that is coming to him.

No Worries Jnaab. We will come to your point. But I want rely on the documented facts only rather than what you think and what I think. Panama JIT pulled dug out ways more corruptions of Shareefs than you people know. And this has been proven in our discussion above.
1: No selling was done by Shareefs after Panama Leaks.
2: The Swiss banks thing does not exist, because Switzerland, changed its laws in 2009. And by 2013 all Swiss banks were bound to provide information to Governments of all countries. Panama JIT was authorized by Supreme court to act on behalf of GOP and ask any body any information they want.

So I will request you please to keep our conversation within the published facts domain. We already have enough material on our hands. Why should we add more about what you think and what i think. It will be easier to conclude it quickly.

Your all points are valid including the last one that no one could stop Thieves from selling properties after Panama Leaks. But it makes little less sense for following reasons.
1: Liquid Cash is more banks is vulnerable to be confiscated by Govt. Where as to property may involve the mortgages form the banks, so Govt has to deal with the lending banks as well.
2: The Thief family was so exposed and was under the Radar for every second. It was not difficult to make secrete deals with buyers. And I have not seen any news like this after Panama رولا رپا. If I missed any please let me know. Pate the link.

Anyways coming back to our point. IK Govt Should have never contested the case and should have paid 304.6 million dollars. Hell with saving money for Pakistan. He exposed the lies of Panama JIT. And along with that he pissed over his life long stance.
