حافظ ابن حزم رحمہ اللہ آیت کریمہ*"وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ"*کے بارے میں لکھتے ہیں:"یہ فرمانِ الٰہی اپنے ظاہر ہی پر محمول ہے؛ یعنی کفار سے دوستی کرنے والا بھی انھی میں سے ایک کافر ہے؛ یہ بات مبنیٔ برحق ہے اور اس میں دو مسلمانوں کا بھی اختلاف نہیں ہے۔"(المحلی 138/11)شیخ عبد اللطیف رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ:'فان ھذہ ردة صریحة بالاتفاق'، یعنی "یہ عمل بہ اتفاق امت ارتدادِ صریح کے مترادف ہے۔" (الدررالسنیۃ 326/8)شیخ عبدالعزیز بن باز رحمہ اللہ (سابق مفتی اعظم، سعودی عرب) لکھتے ہیں:"وقد أجمع علماء الإسلام على أن من ظاهر الكفار على المسلمين وساعدهم عليهم بأي نوع من المساعدة، فهو كافر مثلهم "*"تحقیق علمائے اسلام کا اس بات پر اجماع ہے کہ جو شخص مسلمانوں کے مقابلے میں کافروں کی مدد کرتا ہے اور انھیں کسی بھی طرح کی اعانت فراہم کرتا ہے، وہ انھی کی مثل کافر ہے"۔ (مجموع فتاویٰ 274/1)

Army has been fighting terrorist over 10 years now, what is so special about the surgical strikes that army wants to conduct?

Was not the retired ISI chief a part off of releasing the terrorist RD? Also GK did not open his gob, was this a strategy of his?

Terrorism has increased over the years don't u think it is q failure of our intelligence agencies?

1. what is your instance when new party members question the loyalty of old and idealistic party members?
2. The way, party elections were conducted, didnt these party elections split the mandate of the people? dont you think the way Jamaat Islami conducts its party elections should be a good governing mechanism for PTI.
