Since 2006, 11 years passed Hizbollah never dared to shoot rockets on Israel and even never dared to shoot during recent Israeli Gaza War. You call it victory lol
if Israel won that war then why its defence minister (I guess) and military experts resigned when they put up the inquiry ?
