Easy answer to this, translations vary from scholar to scholar. Qazi is not supposed to be a master of Arabic translation/interpretation. He's supposed to be master at Constitution, Law, Precedence and Judgement, and I assure you SC Judges are better qualified at that than any of these fake molvis that abuse (sexually and otherwise) little kids in madrassas day in day out.

I don't see the conflict here, sharia court is a state institution. Besides, you have agreed to my next point that there is no unconditional obedience to the state. We agree on both points.

Quran is in arabic, sunnah is in arabic.
If a judge cannot even translate kalima e shahadat than he has no authority to interpret sharia law.

Firstly you never dealt with my constitutional argument but I'm not surprised about that. Secondly, I think you should share these pearls of wisdom with your beloved leader Molvi Khadim. He should sit the test and become a Judge so he can have his way with everyone according to what he thinks is the "right translation", although I'm sure you're aware that Molvi Khadim was accused of miss translating (ironically by none other than Ashraf Jalali) the Quranic Verse for comparing Allah(SWT) with himself (Nauz o billah). Thankfully for the rest of Pakistan he's not going to pass and will remain a Molvi although he has found support in little sad marginalized goons like you.
Whether it is my experience in childhood or not doesn't make it less tragic.
