When the King of the Universe, the All Mighty King of kings, is waiting for me to ask him. When His door is always open for the needy. When the 'sajda' is a 'mairaj' for a Momin, and I am directly in His 'hazoor' in a state of Sajda, then why do I need to go to or mention a third person. When the King is looking towards me and waiting for me to ask him, then does it make any sense that I will say no, first I will to go to one of your salves, get his stamp of approval, and then I will come to you. What this behavior should be called then and can this be called a 'bandagi'. Only Allah SWT knows who is His Wali and who is not. We can not decide this on the basis of what we see about a person, as only Allah SWT knows about their 'batin'. Of course they did great service to the religion, yet we are in no position to declare any one wali, or otherwise, as only Allah SWT knows best. Islam is the only religion where there is no intercession. You and Allah SWT, the best, a direct and most beautiful relationship, which grant you self respect and pride. The other example of a Hadith about three people asking Allah SWT for their release from the cave, one should read it again. They did not ask Allah SWT through an intercession or wasila, instead they only mentioned their own good deeds, and asked Allah SWT, that as those good deeds were done sincerely for the sake of Allah SWT, and if He was pleased with them and if He had accepted those deeds, then please help them get out of that cave. They did not use wasila of a third person, rather they mentioned their own good deeds, which any muslim, if he/she did any thing sincerely for the pleasure of Allah SWT can mention. Again doing it you will not be asking Allah SWT through a third person. This is the main point. Even in this world, if you are seeing a head of a department for some of your needs, and that officer who has all authority is eagerly waiting to listen to you and to help you, give you, and fulfill your request, will it be then wise and will it please that officer, if you stop in your way and ask one of his clerks to help you, while the officer is watching you. Will such an action please him or annoy him. Here the All Mighty, the all Merciful and Kind, the King of the Universe is watching you, waiting eagerly to come to Him, keen to help you, but you still say 'no', first I will go to one of your slaves, then I will come to you,(and we do not know what is that salve position is there with Allah SWT), then will it be wise to do such an action. I leave this with brothers and sisters to decide for themselves that what should be the best course of action. Wama Alaina illal Balagh. Any thing good here is from Allah SWT, and any mistake made is from me. I ask Allah SWT for His mercy and forgiveness.
