Ali tareen who is an oxford graduate and lives in the uk.He has no clue about the dynamics of local politics. He did not even wanted to contest election in the first place but imran khans has pushed him to contest. Imagine how would someone win if he doesn't even want to contest while on the other hand pmln candidate Pir iqbal shah knows the dynamics of local area very well. He has strong roots in the area.He is experience and a mature politician. Pti needed a strong candidate against him not a kid like Ali Tareen

What disappoints me imran khan always talks about dynasty politics but here he is giving tickets to father and son. Imran khan and pti needs to learn from this defeat and learn quickly other wise pmln would clean sweep in the next election in the whole punjab.

Dr yasmin ran from NA120, she was up against the wife of Nehal ex PM, she won so therefore why could tareen jnr not win?
In fact PML N is a dynasty party.through and throughout.
Even if he was not running and some random guy was and he lost we would might have been saying why didn't we use tareen son to run for PTI .

We always come out with some pathetic excuse, just because tareen son was running that.was enough reason for people too support corrupt mafia?

Not sure too much about PML N representative, but i am assuming significant votes castes was due too NS and PML N.

Because this was PTI stronghold seat, it had tycoon Tareen who is IK right hand man, this was a seat PTI believed they would win comfortably. Finally IK has been given us the picture that PTI will win next elections, if PTI could not hold to this seat what.chances have they got in rest of Punjab.

Lastly a landslide victory on PTI favour would have boosted the team going into next elections.

Wow you are comparing Dr Yasmeen and her experience in politics with the kid like Ali Tareen.You need to gather some more information about Dr yasmeen and her roots with the public in her area. It is not just matter of father and son but having said this Imran is always against dynasty politics that is another long story.

Coming back to Ali Taren.He is an oxford graduate who lives in the uk. The matter of the fact is that he did not even want to contest in this election but Imran khan pushed him to contest and now we know the result. How can you expect from someone to win a contest who does not even want to compete. Ali tareen is highly inexperience and immature for this kind of contest while on the other hand pmlns had a mature and experience candidate who knows the local area very well and has strong roots in the area.
Imran khan and pti need to learn from this defeat and learn quicly other wise pmln would clean sweep in the punjab in coming elections. He needs to be very careful while distributng the tickets and he should not ignore the active local pti memebers who have strong roots in the local area while giving tickets.

Same is situation for PTI in all provinces except for KP and Except for few constituencies here and there in punjab and sindh
PTI doesn't have party workers on grass root level. Only 12-15 faces for press conferences and jalsa stage, if you come down to council/ward level (which is the most important level), there is no PTI.
