This man is saying that CJ should hear his own son's case. This criticism is in the context of the scenario where when CJ heard his own son's case, criticism was made by PPPP and media that as per law he cannot appear in a case with such a huge conflict of interest, this resulted in CJ removing himself from the case.

This is usual Mullah Bashing, Riaz Thaikaidar was the most vocal voice in condemning CJ FOR hearing his son's case so the inference that Lal Masjid Khatib will criticize CJ (due to Riaz) FOR NOT hearing his son's case is ridiculous. What the khatib is pointing out is the Islamic rule which differs from Modern rules of conduct. You can find many wrongs in the person so I don't know why you would bash him on such flimsy grounds, the intellectual level of Mullah bashers is not much different from Mullahs (bigsmile)
