He is not saying wrong. He is 100% Right. Pakistan that is still facing Load Shedding Problem in 2013, how it could be a Nuclear Power without Dr. AQ Khan.

I am not even going to waste my time opening up this link. Listen my brother, i admit military is important for security but it does not mean generals are Gods. Pakistanis do not respect educated people at all. Dr. Qadeer khan is a scholar he could have made millions working for any foreign country but he decided to serve his own country. Our generals get everything a lavish life style protocol everything. What do they give in return?? Aman ki asha? War on terror? Ramond davis? Destroyed karachi? Raid in Abottabad by US? Killing of innocent people in swat and wazirstan? Does this depict an educated leadership? They risk lives of our soldiers just to full fill their greed.
The biggest thing you expect from a general is courage. What our generals do? They gonna send us to stone age...cowards. Do you have any idea how many lives we lost due to this war on terror? Due to jahil generals. They embarrass us in front of whole world acting like whores.
In fact Pakistan is almost living in a stone age. Instead of spending so much on military we could have invested in research. So we can avoid power crisis in future.
What Dr. Qadeer did? He helped us becoming nuclear power only thing we can be proud of. During our 65 years of history atomic bomb is the only big thing happened which give us distinction in whole world. Instead of giving that person a little respect we abuse him?What a shame...

Its okay Sir someday brothers like you will understand that be a successful nation you do not need fire power you need more and more educated people. You need scientists, inventions and an intellectual leadership.

Iraq got some scientists but no fire power so there scientists were killed by worlds greatest fire power. If you dont have scientists etc.... that doesnt mean you should also put down your weapons! BTW aaj jo Dr. AQ Khan ka itna name hai aur aap unhe itna praise kar rahe hain ye b army generals ki waja se hai otherwise aapko pata b nhi tha hona k Dr. AQ Khan k name ki koi chiz b exist karti hai ;)

This is totally illogical. If you had really thought, all the things you say about Dr. Abdul Qadeer, can also be said by an opponent about Imran Khan.
Pakistan is really indebted to Dr Abdul Qadeer. His contribution is much more than any of the current politicians.

You can not compare Iraq with Pakistan at all. I am not saying to put down weapons just saying to give some respect to educated people they are real gems. They are not corrupt not murderers they are common Pakistanis. Aur ye apki soch hai Nuclear scientist hona ik bohat bari baat hai he does not need any kind of support from army. Pakistan needed him he did not need Pakistan to survive. Anyways we are not even using our weapons to defend our people our borders instead we are killing them everyday.

my dear he cant go out of pakistan to spend time in peace outside the country, he saved pakistan when pakistan was caught red handed proliferating, and he was jailed for it, and he wasnt allowed to meet his family members, musharraf did very bad to him, he was 24 hours on security vigilance where as AQ khan worked for decades to make pakistan a nuclear country
i agree he was just a part in it and other scientists worked too, but his contribution was greater, he was also the team leader, he was the one who made 1999 nuclear explosion possible, he was playing both the political role and scientific role
nobody gets the free ride, there was some reason why he is so famous, its because he earned it
look at pakistan now, we are nuclear country but still compromising our securty for few dollars, and pakistan is been suspected as unsafe country whose nuclear weapons can be in trouble

I think money was not the only thing to get this technology. there was something else we needed and we had it with the co-operation of Dr sahib. so i still believe he was the main reason behind pakistani nuclear technology, i don't even bother to listen pervaiz hoodbhai etc, one thing i must say that dr sahib should not talk like this. but at the same time he has his anger on musharraf so sometimes we should show some tolerance....:)
He can say that the bomb was his creation just like Imran Khan can say that Shaukat Khanum Hospital was his creation. Both would not have been possible without the support of people and government of Pakistan. But both could also not be possible without Dr Abdul Qadeer and Imran Khan respectively.
The nation is in gratitude to Dr Abdul Qadeer for his contributions and even if he says something against politicians whom we support, still we respect his opinion.
Just listen to him what he said. He said that this "This technology is neither belong to Pakistan nor Musharaf, it is my Technology and this technology is still mine"? Don't you see any arrogance in it? On the other hand Imran had never claimed that SMKH belongs to him only. He use to say that it is the hospital of people of Pakistan. All he says that he has, with the help Allah and Pakistani public, built this hospital.
Don't compare IK and Dr in this regard. Better you listen to Dr Sahib again and understand it. Though Mushi didn't do good with him but it doesn't mean he should show such attitude towards Pakistan. All my heroes come after my country. If there is no country, there would be no heroes. They are heroes because of Pakistan and not vice versa. That's it.
